Dump your tanks.

Please dump your black and gray tanks before I arrive.

If you have an issue preventing you from dumping your tanks, please let me know in advance.

Leave your sewer hose.

Please leave your RV sewer hose attached and in place.

Please note: if you have had your tanks “hard-plumbed” to the sewer or septic system, you will need to have the ability to use a traditional RV sewer hose set up and in place in order for me to clean your tanks.

Your slide-outs

If you have a slide-out over (or very close to) the sewer outlet on your rig, if possible please pull in your slide-out to allow me access for the tank cleaning process.

Plan your water-related activities.

During the tank cleaning process, I may turn off the water to your RV, so please wait until after I’m done to take a shower, do dishes, use the toilet, run a load of laundry, or other water-related activities.

I’ll be done before you know it, and you’ll be back to enjoying your RV lifestyle.

Finally, let’s talk macerators.

Depending on your set-up, if you have a macerating pump I may or may not be able to provide tank cleaning services for you:

•  If you have a macerator pump that sits between your RV tanks and your sewer pipe (that hooks to your sewer hose), I regret that I am unable to provide tank cleaning services; my jetter hose will not be able to go through your macerator pump.

•  However, if you have a macerating toilet and want your tanks cleaned, that’s fine; we can clean those tanks.

•  If you’re not sure if you have a macerator or what kind it is, ask me and we’ll determine what your set-up is.
